About Marianna's Apartments

Marianna's Apartments offer comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting in Nea Moudania, Greece. Our apartments are designed to meet the needs of families and groups, providing both a cozy studio and a spacious two-level apartment.

Our mission is to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay with us. We strive to provide exceptional hospitality and make your visit to Nea Moudania truly memorable.

General Information for your Stay

Clean sheets and towels are given to guests every 4 days in bag for you to change. Then you can leave the used towels and sheets for us to take them.

The Wi-Fi password can be found under the router.

Location

The apartments are located near the city center. It is about 100m distance from center. In the neighborhood there is a mini market, a fish shop and a butcher shop.

There are 2 supermarkets in a radius of 400m and every Wednesday a public market happens in 500m distance.

The bus station is located 400m from the apartments with buses frequently scheduled during the day with Thessaloniki as destination. There are buses also for other towns and villages on the area.

Also the airport is a 40-minute drive away by car.

Payment

For the confirmation of your reservation, we request that customers provide a deposit amount equivalent to 50% of the total price of the reservation.

If the deposit is not payed until the next day, the reservation is considered cancelled. By sending us the invoice of the bank payment we confirm your reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled one month before your arriving date, we will return your deposit back. (Bank fees are customer's responsibility)

The rest of the payment can be done until the day of your arrival.

Keys for the apartment are NOT given if the full payment is not completed.

Safety Fee

At arrival customers have to pay 100€.

The payment will be return on the departure if no damage is done during the stay.
